When you insert your iPhone or iPod Touch into the CPMobile sled, make sure you do not damage the 30-pin connector on the CPMobile sled or the connector port on the iPhone/iPod Touch.
Follow these steps to insert your iPhone or iPod Touch into the CPMobile sled:
Remove the top cover.
Slide the iPod Touch or iPhone into the sled.
Replace the top cover.
