Adding a Customer to a Ticket

When you look up a customer in CPMobile Customer Lookup, you can add the customer directly to a ticket by tapping Add to ticket on the Closedcustomer screen.

When you tap Add to ticket, CPMobile switches to Point of Sale automatically and adds the customer to a new ticket or the current ticket, if one is in progress.

If a customer is already assigned to the ticket in progress, that customer is replaced by the one you looked up.
