In CPMobile 1.3, when you look up a customer, the customer detail screen displays additional information for the customer, including sales history, loyalty program details, and A/R account information.
You must have CPMobile Services installed to use this feature.
The Sales History area indicates the dates of the customer's first and last sale, as well as the last sale amount. You can tap Recent Sales to view the customer's most recent purchases or Monthly history to review the ticket count and average ticket amount for the current month and the previous 25 months.
The Loyalty section indicates the loyalty program the customer belongs to, if applicable, along with the customer's loyalty point balance and loyalty card number.
Finally, if the customer is an A/R customer, the Customer A/R section displays the customer's account number and current balance, along with the date and amount of his or her last payment.
